Job summary

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is sourcing a Senior Pricing professional to support pricing leadership across the UK, US and EMEA. You will help partners and lawyers with pricing decisions and assist on tenders, using financial modelling to back recommendations.

Working within the Global Pricing Hub, you’ll develop self-service pricing tools, run scenario analyses, and present findings to stakeholders. This role anchors pricing excellence across the firm.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/postgraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in law firm economics or professional services is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Alternative Fee Arrangements and pricing legislation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pricing Team with commercially focused pricing solutions for clients.
• Provide ongoing tactical pricing support for RFPs and opportunities.
• Build and present financial models and scenario analyses for pricing decisions.
