Job summary

Intercontinental Hotels Group is seeking a Director of Legal, Risk & Compliance (BRR) Operations to shape how a global legal function operates across regions worldwide. You will align processes, technology, data, and supplier management to create a scalable, efficient support model for legal, risk and compliance services.

In this role, you will lead operations strategy, manage external legal spend and law firm relationships, and drive digital transformation with analytics-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operations, either in-house or supporting large legal functions.
• Strong expertise in managing law firms, supplier relationships and external spend.
• Confidence using data and insights to inform decisions and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for BRR Operations across Legal, Risk and Compliance.
• Oversee relationships with external legal providers and manage external spend and budgeting.
• Drive adoption of technology and AI solutions to improve productivity and user experience.
• Lead knowledge strategy and ensure accessible templates and resources.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements across functions.
