Servers.com by Nexcess is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to support global operations from our Guildford office. You will negotiate complex commercial agreements, manage corporate governance, and advise on data privacy and employment law, balancing risk with business goals.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented attorney capable of working with senior leadership in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Hybrid work includes 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, contract drafting/review, and governance/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and governing documents.
• Maintain contract templates and playbooks and oversee full lifecycle from drafting to archiving.
• Advise on employment law, data privacy, risk, and regulatory compliance across cross-border operations.
