Job summary

Mondrian Alpha is partnering with a leading high-frequency trading firm on a newly created global hire. The role will set the direction and strategy for talent development globally, owning the annual learning and development plan and overseeing programme delivery, budgets, governance, compliance, and measurement.

You will work with the firm's Academy and HR to align training across geographies, raise standards, and influence stakeholders across all levels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a quant / tech / consultancy / financial services firm.
• Highly strategic and rounded profile with first-hand experience in a technical role.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across all verticals and seniorities.
• Experience working in an environment with global teams and complex programmes.
