RS UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior CI & OPEX Leader to head high-impact transformation programmes that drive operational excellence and measurable business value. The role spans across global teams, championing Lean and CI methodologies, and leading Black Belt-level initiatives.

You will identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability and future-state ways of working, while guiding change, building capability and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Black Belt or advanced Green Belt with CI/OPEX expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global improvement programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across senior levels.
• Change agent with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Resourceful, analytical with solid interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver OPEX/CI programmes and Black Belt projects within governance and strategy.
• Drive Lean Management System adoption and CI capability across regional teams.
• Identify and execute process improvements via value stream mapping and structured problem solving.
• Ensure governance, reporting, KPI tracking and benefits realisation for data-driven decisions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote best practices across BAU operations.
