  • You have less than three years of full-time professional experience.
  • You are multilingual, fluent in English and at least one other language, or willing to learn.
  • You are curious, adaptable, a team player with good communication skills, interested in management topics, intercultural experiences, and international work opportunities.
  • You hold a full, clean UK manual driving license.
Who should apply?
We value diversity and have successfully hired individuals with no prior experience in sales or construction. Success at Hilti depends on teamwork and ability, regardless of background.

We provide support for your growth and development, including mentorship from senior leaders and participation in global summits.

  • Hilti Summit in Schaan, Liechtenstein – 4-5 days for a global business overview
  • CSR Summit – 7-8 days in a house-building project to improve living conditions
