Qualifications

• Extensive experience in clinical research and clinical operations, incl. real-world evidence generation.
• Proven leadership of global clinical operations and portfolios.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, translating objectives into operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide global strategic leadership for Observational Research Clinical Operations.
• Translate evidence generation strategies into scalable operational delivery models.
• Set portfolio priorities, governance, budgets and vendor strategies.
• Lead partnerships with Product Teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop workforce planning and talent development for Observational Research.
