Job Description

Role Summary

As Interim Global Lead for Executive & Senior Leadership Hiring, you will drive change and champion best practices in executive and senior recruitment. The role requires close collaboration with the C-suite and senior leaders to support the company’s ambitious growth objectives through the delivery of exceptional talent. You will lead high-profile senior hiring globally, positively shaping leadership capability across the business and ensuring recruitment processes continuously evolve to meet strategic needs.This is a highly visible position at the heart of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute end-to-end recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles globally, including role scoping, candidate engagement, assessment, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and manage strong, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across all regions and business units. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all matters relating to senior recruitment.
  • Act as the primary talent partner to our C-level executives, understanding their priorities and tailoring search strategies to meet their leadership needs.
  • Build and maintain a broad network of industry leaders, developing proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Assess leadership candidates for cultural fit, strategic alignment, and proven track record, conducting in-depth interviews, reference checks, and psychometric evaluations as needed.
  • Continuously assess and optimize executive hiring processes, implementing best practices to enhance effectiveness, candidate experience, diversity, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Rewards team to align executive offers, compensation benchmarking, and benefits, ensuring competitive and equitable packages that attract top talent.
  • Partner closely with the global Talent Acquisition organization to share insights, ensure alignment on talent strategies, and drive broader recruitment initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader HR team, including partnering HR Business Partners, Talent Development and in-country HR to ensure a seamless and holistic approach to leadership hiring.
  • Ensure all executive searches are handled confidentially and professionally to protect business continuity and maintain trust.
  • Present detailed candidate profiles, advise hiring leaders throughout the process, and manage candidate negotiations through to successful placement.
Qualifications

Key Requirements

  • Experience leading executive hiring/search functions, preferably within fast-paced, global organizations (SaaS or technology sector a plus).
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining high-trust relationships with C-suite and senior leaders.
  • Deep expertise in managing high-profile executive searches across global markets, including source/channel strategy and candidate assessment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and lead change initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced skills in candidate evaluation, negotiation and communication.
  • Collaborative approach with a track record of working successfully across functions and cultures.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results at pace
