Global Law Firm - Legal Executive Assistant/Secretary

Our client, a world-renowned Law Firm, with clients who span Media, Celebrity, Brands, Entertainment and Corporate, are looking for an experienced and diligent Legal Executive Assistant to join their Mergers and Acquisitions Team in London, supporting their key Executives.

Working in one of the most iconic locations in the world, this role will suit someone who has experience of working within the Law field as a PA/EA who can bring an understanding of the industry and skills required to this crucial maternity role position.

Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining an understanding of the strategic direction of the business and Executives' goals
  • Responsible for the proactive management of the Executives' calendar
  • Anticipating diary/calendar changes and responds accordingly, including necessary pre-brief or debrief meetings
  • Actively finds solutions to enable the Executives to complete tasks or attend meetings
  • Processing Executives' expenses in a timely manner
  • Lead on travel arrangements - coordinating itineraries, ensuring smooth end to end process
  • Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the firm
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business and operational plans
  • Managing all incoming mail and external queries
  • Support the planning and delivery of large office events which may include dinners or off-site activity
  • Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the organisation

This exciting and challenging role will favour someone who understands due process within a corporate Law organisation, but who is adaptable and can juggle many different projects. Discretion is a must in this role will see you managing and gaining exposure to high-level information of a secure nature.
