Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4 years in pharmaceutical industry (Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance) required.
• 3 years in Regulatory Affairs with labeling knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical drug development required.
• Experience discussing and communicating scientific concepts required.
• Basic understanding of worldwide regulatory guidelines for labeling required.
• Experience leading project teams in a matrix environment with limited supervision.
• Proactive approach with continuous improvement experience and strong communication skills required.
• Experience working in document management systems required.
• Strong track record prioritizing and managing multiple products/projects; collaborative culture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, revision, review and maintenance of primary labeling (CCDS, USPI, patient labeling) and derived labeling for assigned compounds.
• Provide guidance on labeling content, processes, timelines, and scientific integrity; coordinate issue resolution.
• Contribute to global labeling strategy; monitor competitors and labeling developments; support target labeling.
• Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end labeling process.
