Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior CDD governance professional to ensure AML compliance across onboarding for retail and corporate customers and ongoing due diligence. You will align global CDD standards with local teams and serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders.

You will oversee CDD controls, drive enhancements with product and banking partners, manage cross-jurisdiction projects, and report progress to senior management in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CDD experience.
• ACAMS/ACFCS or equivalent certification.
• Experience with audits and third-party relations.
• Knowledge of global CDD requirements.
• Experience with customer risk scoring frameworks.
• Strong AML/CFT and sanctions knowledge.
• Familiar with licensing for financial services and crypto.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Head CDD Governance to drive the CDD strategy.
• Manage third-party relationships with auditors and fiat partners.
• Ensure the global CDD standards for retail and corporate services are met.
• Partner with Product leadership for global and local CDD enhancements.
• Build and maintain relationships with banking partners.
• Act as point of contact for compliance matters with banking partners and auditors.
• Manage multiple CDD projects across jurisdictions and ensure timely delivery.
• Report progress of Global and local CDD projects to management.
