Job summary

STRABAG UK Limited in London seeks an IT project manager to lead projects implementing IT standards and coordinate between local business units and central IT teams. The role focuses on structured delivery and cross-unit collaboration.

You will drive IT security and compliance initiatives, act as the main IT contact in strategic projects, and coordinate with the central IT Project Management team across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably international.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Degree or equivalent in IT, Business Informatics, Project Management or related field.
• Experience with IT security or compliance-related projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and structured work approach.
• Very good written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the UK or reside in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects implementing IT standards with structured delivery.
• Liaise between local units and central IT specialist teams.
• Serve as the key IT contact in strategic and customer projects.
• Coordinate IT security initiatives and UK-wide compliance projects.
• Collaborate closely with the central IT Project Management team.
