Job summary

ITW seeks a Division IT Manager to lead end-to-end IT transformation and operations across a globally distributed, multi-site organization. You will shape a hub-and-spoke operating model, drive ERP modernization (Acumatica rollout), and ensure data, cyber, and infrastructure align with business priorities.

You will manage a hybrid global IT team, coordinate with MSPs and regional IT resources, and establish governance, KPIs, and cost-efficient delivery in line with ITW principles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distributed, global IT teams with hybrid internal + MSP model.
• Strong ERP modernization experience; Acumatica preferred.
• Proven data & analytics leadership, including data architecture and KPI standardization.
• Cybersecurity oversight across multiple sites; infrastructure standardization.
• Execution and transformation track record in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define clear IT operating model across global and regional teams.
• Own the division IT strategy and roadmaps; ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead ERP modernization and Acumatica rollout globally; standardize reporting.
• Drive data platform evolution and adoption of BI tools (Power BI).
• Govern MSP landscape; manage budgets and vendor strategy.
