Hyra is seeking a Global IT Director to lead its technology function and drive digital transformation across global operations from London. You will develop a business-led IT strategy, enhance existing tech adoption, and deliver measurable improvements through AI, automation and data.

The role requires leading an international IT team, strengthening capability and ensuring technology investments maximise value while supporting growth and efficiency.

Competenze

• Experience at senior technology leadership level (IT Director/Global IT Director).
• Proven digital transformation delivery improving efficiency or performance.
• Experience leading IT across international or multi-site environments.
• Broad understanding of ERP, cloud, and cyber security.
• Experience applying AI, automation, and data solutions to business benefits.
• Strong budget management and vendor oversight.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
