Global Inventory & Partnership Manager | UK (Hybrid)

Department: Commercial Advisory JCT – Audio Central Team

Are you an expert in inventory management and passionate about building strategic partnerships to enhance media assets?

Bauer Media Audio is looking for a Global Inventory & Partnership Manager to manage relationships with audio inventory partners across multiple markets, ensuring collaboration and alignment for optimal performance and profitability.

What You’ll Do
  1. Strategic Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with local and global audio inventory partners to ensure a cohesive and revenue-oriented supply strategy with our markets.
  2. Market Collaboration & Forecasting Advice: Work closely with local markets to forecast revenues within inventory partnerships, reinforcing our strategic relationships with our 3rd Party publishers.
  3. Yield Strategy Advisory: Provide guidance to countries on yield strategies, ensuring they have the necessary tools to maximise revenue potential from inventory in their local markets.
  4. Contract & Compliance Oversight: Ensure timely renewals of global inventory contracts, collaborating with our markets to ensure we are maintaining partner satisfaction and adherence to data compliance regulations.
  5. Data-Driven Insights: Deliver comprehensive analysis of inventory performance, providing data-backed recommendations that enhance advertising revenue and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  1. Proven experience in global inventory management, preferably in media, digital audio, or programmatic advertising.
  2. Strong knowledge of ad inventory forecasting & 3rd party partner relations.
  3. Data-savvy with excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating across multi-market teams.
