Job summary

Newton seeks an experienced Event Manager to join our expanding events team in London or Oxford. You will own end-to-end delivery of flagship events including multi-country programs and complex budgets, while collaborating with internal comms and engagement colleagues.

You will guide and support teams in the US and Australia, ensuring consistency in attendee experience and scalable event design for 2027. A hybrid work arrangement and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the delivery of large-scale events for multiple locations.
• Demonstrated ownership of significant project budgets and allocation decisions.
• Ability to manage a complex, fast-paced programme with structure and rigour.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of a defined set of events from brief to post-event review across UK, US and Australia.
• Hold accountability for elements of flagship events to ensure all details are considered and delivered.
• Deliver consistent event experiences and guide colleagues across international offices.
