Job summary

Sophos is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join our Global Internal Communications team. You will own and deliver communications that inform, inspire, and connect our global workforce, partnering with leaders to translate business priorities into clear messaging across intranet, email, and campaigns.

• Ability to develop and deliver communications strategies within a complex organization.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience advising senior leaders and stakeholders; strong editorial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications plans aligned with business priorities.
• Own and maintain the internal communications editorial calendar.
• Advise stakeholders on audiences, messaging, and delivery plans.
• Draft and edit leadership communications including announcements, emails, blogs, and FAQs.
• Coordinate communications across regions and channels for consistency.
