What you'll be doing:

We're looking for a few passionate and creative individuals to join our Global Innovation team at Avon. As a Global Innovation Specialist, you'll help shape the future of our beauty portfolio-bringing exciting, trend-led products to life across categories like makeup, skincare, toiletries, and more. You'll work with global teams, suppliers, and market experts to manage the development process from concept to launch, ensuring every product meets our quality standards and delivers a great experience for our consumers.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the development of A and B* launches across multiple beauty categories, using insights from market trends, data, and local input
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to push innovation and exceed expectations
• Helping shape the right product mix for key markets through portfolio planning
• Conducting competitor reviews and performance analysis to identify opportunities and protect market share
• Tracking project milestones, timelines, and estimates to ensure smooth delivery
• Working across the matrix to align with brand, marketing, and commercial teams
• Providing ad hoc analysis and supporting deep dives into key markets when needed

What we're looking for:

• Experience in marketing or product development, ideally within beauty, personal care, or a related category
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• A passion for innovation and a good understanding of consumer trends
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
