Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Global Procurement Specialist - Ingredients to support the development and delivery of the global ingredients category strategy. You will collaborate with the Global Procurement Manager and partners to deliver sourcing excellence and create value across the category.

You'll lead sourcing activities from RFIs to RFQs, use market data to identify cost improvements and build strong supplier relationships, while ensuring governance and alignment with Procurement 2028 priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in procurement, supply chain, business or related discipline.
• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management, incl. RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills; proficient in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Diageo's ingredients category strategy.
• Lead end-to-end competitive sourcing activities (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations).
• Analyse spend, supplier performance and market intelligence to optimise value.
• Build collaborative relationships with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leverage digital tools, AI, analytics and reporting to improve sourcing.
• Ensure governance compliance while supporting Procurement 2028 priorities.
