Prevail Partners Limited is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the delivery and coordination of PMO-led infrastructure projects. Initially based in London, the role includes deployment to Kyiv for project execution and requires strong governance and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large-scale construction programmes, relevant qualifications, and the ability to navigate complex project environments. A comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance and professional development is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a relevant construction or project management discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure programmes (£10M+).
• Familiarity with NEC, JCT, DEFCON or similar contractual frameworks.
• Willingness to travel internationally including to Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme planning, governance, and delivery across PMO projects.
• Coordinate technical inputs into tender submissions.
• Oversee programme controls, including RAID management.
• Support business development and future tender activities.
