You will shape how major infrastructure projects are delivered, building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence while safeguarding safety and quality.

This role demands hands-on leadership, a deep understanding of commercial and contractual risk, and the ability to align corporate strategy with on-the-ground execution.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience as a construction executive.
• International experience delivering large infrastructure projects.
• Experience operating across developing markets and cultures.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual aspects.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the Group's objectives.
• Lead and oversee multiple operating divisions across several countries.
• Drive profitability and manage cost control and forecasting.
• Standardise processes, governance, and reporting across regions.
• Mentor General Managers and Project Managers, building leadership teams.
• Promote safety, quality, and environmental performance across operations.
