Job summary

Jameson Legal is seeking a 2-4 PQE associate in London to handle high-value, market-leading transactions across infrastructure and energy transition sectors. You will advise on M&A, structured transactions and equity financings, and contribute to project development and related work.

Qualifications

• 2-4 PQE associate with London practice experience preferred.

Our international City firm's practice is one of the largest and most diverse globally. The firm is currently seeking a 2-4 PQE associate to join in London, to work on high-value, market-leading transactions across the infrastructure and energy transition sectors.

You will advise on a broad range of transactional and projects-related matters, including:

• M&A, structured transactions and equity financings
• Project development and project-related work
• Transactions across the infrastructure and energy transition sectors
• Legal, commercial and strategic aspects of complex projects and investments
• Managing transactions and working collaboratively with partners, colleagues and international teams.
