• Marketing qualification or minimum 12 months experience in marketing.
• Experience in industrial, environmental, or technology sectors is advantageous.
• Understanding of market research and ability to analyse customer needs, trends and competitor activity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media tools, and analytics software.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Plan and support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content for websites, email marketing, social media, brochures and other materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and insights.
• Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support lead generation activities and campaign performance reporting.
• Coordinate exhibitions, conferences, webinars and customer events.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and product teams on messaging.
