Job summary

This maternity cover role requires managing a team and coordinating with Category Managers to renegotiate terms, drive improvements, and sustain a high-performing supply chain across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, deliver procurement initiatives, and use eSourcing tools to deliver best-value solutions for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing a team across multiple countries.
• Proven track record of delivering savings targets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong procurement practices and knowledge of eProcurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement category strategies across Europe.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations focusing on savings and terms.
• Direct reports: 5 across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive engagement and compliance.
• Deliver and monitor a savings plan and procurement initiatives.
• Deliver RFX activities using eSourcing to support sourcing decisions.
