AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to drive global customer account onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations.

You will own end-to-end programs, define timelines, manage risks, and coordinate across Operations, IT, Finance and Compliance to deliver measurable results. You will design customized logistics solutions, lead governance forums, track KPIs, and communicate progress to senior leadership, while ensuring a high-quality,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain design and implementation.
• Customer-facing experience (internal & external).
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, milestones, and SLAs.
• Know-how of CargoWise or Infor Nexus.
• Proven project management skills (PM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of global customer accounts from sales to operations.
• Develop and manage detailed implementation plans with timelines and risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure go-live readiness.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive improvement.
• Serve as primary contact for clients during implementation.
• Lead governance forums and executive updates.
• Design customized logistics solutions and optimize tech integrations.
