Global Immigration Consultant / Senior Consultant - Northern Ireland (Remote)

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Northern Ireland (Remote Role)

Salary: Negotiable + Bonus + Benefits

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering global immigration advice and processing for several corporate clients across the EMEA region.

The Role:

  • Carrying out global casework for assigned countries (mostly EMEA Region), including case initiation, assessment, advice on rules and procedures, case preparation and submission, monitoring progress, and follow-up.
  • Handling complex cases and working with VIP clients.
  • Listening actively to client needs to ensure these are met and offering proactive advice.
  • Staying updated on industry events relevant to clients.
  • Communicating regularly with clients to build strong relationships, focusing on business needs, and conducting formal review meetings with agendas and presentations.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in global corporate immigration.
  • Confidence in liaising with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct independent research.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in acting independently.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative client relationships.
  • Team player attitude, participating in team environments.
  • Familiarity with financial controls and time recording for client accounts.
  • Ensuring timely fee collection and follow-up with clients.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to deliver within budget and meet objectives.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge of risk management policies.
  • Upholding the firm's values with integrity and tact.
