Job summary

Future Prospects Group Ltd in Newark is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to direct multi-site IT and commercial development projects across Europe and beyond.

You will manage end-to-end ICT projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead onshore and offshore teams, ensuring delivery against scope, budget and schedules. The role also covers governance, cloud integration and security guideline compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years IT project management experience delivering software and commercial development projects with outsourced partners.
• Strong technical background with five years in analysis, design, coding, and implementation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC, plus internal and cloud integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ICT projects end-to-end using structured methodologies and gateway governance.
• Manage up to three concurrent projects across 11 international sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build business cases and define PDDs.
• Direct cross-functional teams, onshore and offshore resources.
• Track KPIs, monitor spend, and report to senior management.
• Oversee production deployment, testing, and quality standards.
• Negotiate with external ICT suppliers and infrastructure partners.
