What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on all people-related matters.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives.
• Guide change management projects—such as AI integration and digital transformation.
• Champion culture, engagement, and DE&I strategies across global teams.
• Support leadership development through coaching and capability-building programs.
• Use data to drive decision-making and track HR impact.
• Optimise organizational structures to enhance business performance.
