Job summary

Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Implement and maintain global standards for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Physical Security in alignment with Brambles’ Safety First Management System.
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate global standards and policies across HSE, BCM, and Physical Security to support continuous improvement and the organisation’s zero harm ambition.
  • Oversee all formal reporting requirements for HSE, BCM, and Physical Security, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Integrate relevant regulatory requirements into current and future functional responsibilities to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
  • Ensure visibility and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards across safety, environmental, continuity, and security domains.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in major incident investigations, linking findings to standards and driving lessons learned into policy updates.
  • Manage key functional alert communications and consult on incident classification with senior leadership when clarity is required.
  • Provide thought leadership in standards management, contribute to audit reporting, and support the evolution of systems and processes that underpin Brambles’ global safety and resilience strategy.
