Job summary

RS Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled People Solutions Specialist to join the Global People Technology team. You will design, configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors platforms to align with HR processes and business needs, delivering scalable solutions globally.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the option to work remotely or from UK offices. You will lead workshops, document requirements, manage projects, and ensure data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Experience translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to document business processes and system requirements.
• Experience with HR technology platforms and HR processes.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organisations.
• Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead functional design workshops and document business processes and system requirements.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, workflows, permissions, and data models.
• Manage People Technology projects, including implementations and enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
