We are recruiting a Global HR Payroll Innovation Manager. This role ensures efficient, compliant payroll processing across L&G regions, acting as the key link between HR, Tax, Finance, and Payroll teams (both internal and external). The focus is on improving payroll processes, technology development, and building a long-term global payroll strategy and capabilities.
The scope includes managing domestic and shadow payrolls for the UK alongside internal global payroll teams.
