Job summary

Liberty Global is launching its two-year People Graduate Programme. You will rotate through Strategic Planning, Belonging & Talent Development, Reward and HR Business Partnering, gaining hands-on experience and pursuing a CIPD Level 7 qualification with mentor support.

You’ll collaborate across Liberty Global’s international federation, building analytical and people skills while shaping people strategies and contributing to business success.

Qualifications

• Structured rotations across People functions and exposure to cross-market initiatives.
• Aim to complete CIPD Level 7 qualification during the programme.
• Develop business acumen alongside people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to a wide variety of people-related challenges, initiatives, and business priorities.
• Participate in a comprehensive learning and development curriculum designed to accelerate your growth.
• Work towards achieving a fully funded CIPD Level 7 qualification.
