Job summary

NBCUniversal in London seeks an experienced HR Manager/HR Business Partner to support the International Operations & Technology client group. You will partner with local leaders and the US HR team to drive an aligned people agenda and own the employee lifecycle end to end, from recruitment through development and offboarding.

The role demands strong HR judgement, practical delivery, and comfort in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing employee relations matters.
• Experience as HR business partner in international, matrixed org.
• Own the employee lifecycle end to end from planning to delivery.
• Knowledge of HR best practice and employment law across markets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Experience in a unionised environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with International O&T leaders and employees.
• Partner with the US HR team and specialist groups to align priorities.
• Own the employee lifecycle end to end across the client group.
• Coach leaders through people decisions and difficult conversations.
• Lead the resolution of complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with local leaders to identify people priorities and drive initiatives.
• Support organisational design and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and development actions.
• Provide informed support on compensation decisions and annual planning.
