Job summary

JLL is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner on a fixed term contract until February 2027, with potential to become permanent. You will partner with the wider WD HR team to deliver exceptional employee experiences across hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career transitions.

You will lead talent management cycles, collaborate with regional partners, and apply data-driven insights to shape people strategy while driving inclusion and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR generalist experience within a complex organization.
• Strong ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the WD HR team to deliver a consistent One JLL experience across hiring, onboarding, performance reviews and career transitions.
• Lead talent management cycles including goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, year-end reviews and compensation planning.
• Collaborate with Regional People Partners to align regional HR requirements with global policies.
• Drive inclusion and belonging through proactive HR initiatives and engaging, transparent communication.
• Consult and coach business stakeholders on people matters and support transitions and expansions of new business.
