What an opportunity for a Global HR Business Partner to join this commercial organisation (based in Hertfordshire) where you will act as a coach, advisor and change catalyst across Global client groups. This is a high visibility, high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery.

• Partner with Senior Stakeholders globally to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business goals
• Act as a coach and thought partner to leadership
• Drive a strong culture of continuous improvement and accountability, celebrating behaviours
• Lead and implement global talent initiatives i.e. talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development.
• Provides second level operational HR support to People Managers on Employee Relations and people issues
• Provide insight and data-driven advice, supporting business and workforce transformation.

• Experienced strategic HR Business Partner
• Experience of leading a high performing team of HR professionals in a remote environment
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills at all levels
• Experience of leading and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills
• Culturally fluent with experience working across diverse teams and geographies
• Willing to travel (20-30%)
