Job Description

The Role:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences and supporting impactful people initiatives? At Turner & Townsend, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-orientedGlobal HR Administratorto join our dynamic global HR team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our company-wide HR programmes and systems, helping to shape the employee journey across the business. Reporting to the Associate Director of Global HR Projects, you’ll be involved in a variety of initiatives that enhance leadership development, learning, performance, and talent processes.

Leadership Development – Licence to Lead Programme

  • Managing communications and diary invites for participants
  • Coordinating 360 feedback processes
  • Ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants

Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Managing content and user access on the LMS
  • Responding to employee queries via the LMS mailbox

Performance & Career Reviews (PCR)

  • Supporting employees and managers with queries
  • Generating reports to support business needs

Global Welcome Events

  • Assisting with monthly onboarding events
  • Managing attendance and feedback reporting

General HR Support

  • Assisting with other global HR initiatives as needed
Qualifications

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced in administrative roles, ideally within HR
  • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Tech-savvy, with excellent IT skills and familiarity with systems like LMS or HR platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ideally holds a relevant HR qualification

Please note: This role may include SOX control responsibilities, which must be adhered to where applicable.
