Job summary

Autolus Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Scientific Publications Manager to shape global publication strategy and publication plans across product lifecycles.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure data is communicated clearly to KOLs, HCPs, payers and patients, and drive compliance with GPP and regulatory standards. This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment in a leading biopharma.

Qualifications

• Three+ years pharmaceutical industry experience focusing on scientific publications or medical communications.
• Strong knowledge of Good Publication Practice (GPP).
• Experience leading medical communications across product development and lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze complex clinical trial, real-world and health economics data.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global publication plans aligned with trial readouts and market access priorities.
• Lead high-quality journal submissions, abstracts and congress presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver medical communications within budget.
• Represent Autolus at external investigators and journal editors.
• Ensure compliant data disclosure and dissemination per regulatory frameworks.
