Job Description
Manage the delivery of all Product Development activity, ensuring all new products are developed in line with Product Quality expectations and support Sales and Marketing plans.
Oversee the Business' Planning and Purchasing functions, ensuring all Inventory Management activities support the delivery of Financial, Sales, and Marketing plans.
Manage 3rd Party Supply Chain, including liaising with Supply Partners to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) is achieved, as well as delivering Cost Savings through innovative working methods and effective negotiation.
Develop collaborative relationships with other key Business functions to drive continuous improvement and constructive partnerships supporting both the Supply Chain and Operational functions, as well as wider Business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- An Academic Degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
- Experience leading an end-to-end Supply Chain function, especially with a focus on S&OP processes.
- Experience working with Asian-based Suppliers is essential.
- An analytical and structured approach to develop strategy and deliver results through data analytics is desirable.
- Understanding of Product compliance certification, specifically in consumer products, would be beneficial.
- Ability to analyze, summarize, and present data to Senior stakeholders.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for people and team development.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who is motivated, confident, and innovative.
