The Global Head of Supply Chain will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations within the organization, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals. This role requires strategic leadership to drive procurement and supply chain excellence on a global scale.

Description
  • Manage the delivery of all Product Development activities, ensuring all new products meet quality expectations and support sales and marketing plans.
  • Oversee the Business Planning and Purchasing functions, ensuring inventory management supports financial, sales, and marketing objectives.
  • Manage third-party supply chain, liaising with supply partners to achieve OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery and deliver cost savings through innovative working methods and effective negotiation.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with other key business functions to drive continuous improvement and support both supply chain and operational objectives.
Profile
  • An academic degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
  • Experience leading an end-to-end supply chain, with a focus on S&OP processes is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Asian-based suppliers is essential.
  • An analytical and structured approach to strategy development and results delivery through data analytics is desirable.
  • Understanding of product compliance certification in consumer products would be beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze, summarize, and present data to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A passion for people and team development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple tasks.
  • A self-starter who is motivated, confident, and innovative.
