We are looking for a visionary Global Head of Solution Sales to lead and scale our global solution engineering function. This role will work in close partnership with Product, Marketing, and regional Sales teams to drive strategic revenue growth through consultative, value-based selling of complex, multi-product and service offerings-specifically focused on SD-WAN, SASE, global connectivity, and cloud networking solutions-targeting multinational corporations (MNCs) and global wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, develop and scale a global team of Solution Sales Engineers across regions.
  • Define and execute the global solution sales strategy aligned with Expereo's growth objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop compelling value propositions and solution roadmaps.
  • Represent the Solutions function in executive leadership forums and strategic planning sessions.

Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Act as an evangelist and trusted advisor to key enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of complex, multi-region SD-WAN/SASE and cloud connectivity solutions.
  • Drive executive-level presentations, workshops, and solution reviews with C-level stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with technology vendors, cloud providers, and telecom partners.

Solution Excellence & Innovation

  • Ensure consistency and quality in solution design, proposals, and technical documentation globally.
  • Champion innovation by staying ahead of industry trends in SD-WAN, SASE, SSE, and cloud networking.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on market and customer feedback.
  • Establish and maintain technical standards, playbooks, and best practices across the Solutions team.

Operational & Commercial Impact

  • Support revenue growth by enabling the sales team with scalable, high-impact technical support.
  • Drive pre-sales and post-sales alignment to ensure seamless customer onboarding and lifecycle success.
  • Monitor and report on solution sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead technical enablement programs for internal teams and partners.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or solution architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in SD-WAN/SASE/SSE technologies (e.g., Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud, Fortinet, Aruba/Silver Peak).
  • Strong understanding of global connectivity (MPLS, broadband, LTE/5G, satellite, Ethernet, cloud acceleration).
  • Proven experience engaging with Fortune 500 enterprises and managing complex global deployments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP, NSE, AWS Advanced Networking) are a strong plus.
