Job summary

Qualifications

15+ years of senior leadership experience across philanthropy, business, public policy, or related fields
Credible external presence; comfortable engaging principals across government, business, and the social sector
Strategic thinker; able to steer a complex, multi-program, multi-region portfolio
Proven ability to build and develop distributed teams across geographies and cultures
Keen to learn and embrace AI to transform the Office of Corporate Engagement
Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
Proven track record of building partnerships across organizations, sectors, and regions
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Set the multi-year strategy for the international portfolio across EMEA, aligning social impact with corporate priorities
Represent the firm externally; engage governments, policy makers, business leaders, and academic partners
Lead and develop a global team across markets with accountability for delivery and impact
Oversee governance, budgets, program delivery, and measurement of reach and outcomes; apply AI/data-driven insights
