We're looking for an experienced Global Head of Product to lead the strategic development, management, and global direction of our HVAC & OFA product lines. As Global Head of Product for HVAC/OFA, you'll lead the strategic direction of one of our critical product lines - driving innovation, customer impact, and commercial success Globally.

What you'll do:
  • Shaping and executing global product strategies for our HVAC and OFA product lines - ensuring they align with customer needs, market trends, and Aggreko's wider business goals.
  • Leading the full product lifecycle - from early concept and market research through to product development, launch, and ongoing performance.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations - bringing together regional and central teams to deliver commercially successful products.
  • Defining product roadmaps and prioritising new features, improvements, and innovations - based on customer insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
  • Owning the product line budget and driving financial performance - ensuring investment decisions deliver strong returns.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing product management team - creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

You'll have the following skills and experience:
  • Significant experience in defining and delivering product strategy, within the HVAC, OFA or a related sector.
  • A strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from initial market research and customer insight through to development, launch, and ongoing product performance.
  • Commercial acumen and sound judgement to inform strategic decisions on whether to build in-house, buy off-the-shelf, or form partnerships - always with a focus on customer value and return on investment.
  • Experience of operating within a complex, global organisation - aligning local market needs with a global product strategy and ensuring consistency of delivery across regions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, including senior leadership and executive teams.
  • A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with a passion for developing high-performing teams and creating an environment where individuals can thrive.
