Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in Warrington is seeking a Senior Director-level leader to define and drive global procurement intelligence, analytics and decision-support for the organisation. You will own visibility, reporting and analytical frameworks to enable informed sourcing decisions and maximize commercial value across regions.

The role requires shaping cross-regional strategies, leading a data-driven procurement function and partnering with clients and suppliers to deliver sustainable value.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in procurement, supply chain, analytics, category management or commercial intelligence.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through insight-led recommendations.
• Experience leading global procurement analytics and reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Procurement Data & Analytics Strategy.
• Spend Visibility & Procurement Intelligence, establishing a single trusted source of procurement data and insight.
• Best Source to Buy Analytics, developing and maintaining frameworks that identify the optimal source of supply for client requirements.
• Repeat Item Optimization - develop repeat-buy intelligence models that optimize procurement decisions across client portfolios.
• Develop procurement risk analytics and supplier intelligence capabilities, providing insights to the wider organisation.
• Establish risk-adjusted sourcing recommendations and decision frameworks.
• Provide early-warning indicators and predictive risk insights to procurement leadership.
• Provide Regional Supply Chain & Client Insights through development of deep understanding of structures and industry dynamics.
• Ownership of Procurement performance reporting & business insights and KPI visibility, with executive level reporting.
• Stakeholder management and influence of procurement strategy through data-driven recommendations.
• Build and lead a high-performing Procurement Data & Analytics capability.
