The Opportunity:
Nasdaq is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President, Global Head of Partnerships to lead our global partnership strategy for our Financial Technology Division. This role is pivotal in scaling our ecosystem of strategic partners for our Capital Markets Technology and Regulatory Technology solutions and unlocking new avenues for growth across our global enterprise. As a senior leader and member of the FinTech Revenue leadership team, you will work cross-functionally to define, build, and implement a partnership strategy that supports Nasdaq’s bold growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Scale the Global Partnership Program: Design and advance a global strategy to expand and improve Nasdaq’s partnership network across all regions.
Develop Strategic Partner Tiers: Build a comprehensive partner program with a specific focus on Platinum Partners—offering differentiated benefits, support, and joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
Grow the Global Partner Ecosystem: Identify, engage and cultivate strategic relationships with partners across Global System Integrators, consulting and advisory firms and hyper scalers.
Sales & Partner Alignment: Drive alignment between regional sales teams and the partner ecosystem to foster collaboration, joint opportunity development, and revenue growth.
Establish Partner Marketing & GTM Function: Build and lead a global partner marketing and GTM team, driving co-branded campaigns, integrated solutions, and shared growth initiatives.
Performance Management: Define key success metrics, regularly track program performance, ensure continuous program improvements, and refine strategies to increase business impact.
What We’re Looking For:
6–10 years of experience building and managing partnership programs and strategic alliances within FinTech or enterprise B2B software or SaaS industries.
10-15 years of sales and business development in technology within the financial services sector.
Shown success in scaling global partnerships and delivering growth through ecosystems and channel strategies.
Deep understanding of partnership lifecycle management, co-selling, co-marketing, and GTM alignment.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the proven track record to operate well on a global scale.
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and highly collaborative work place.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in our New York or London office.

The base pay range for this role is $220,000 - $275,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
