State Street Corporation in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Vice President, Head of Non-Financial Risk Management for Global Delivery and Investment Services. This role leads the global framework for non-financial risks, including compliance and operational risk, reporting to the Chief Compliance and Operational Risk Officer.

You will advise senior management, chair risk committees, oversee regulatory change management, and drive a culture of risk excellence across multiple jurisdictions.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years of experience in non-financial risk management or related fields.
• Executive leadership experience in financial services; GSIBs or large institutions a plus.
• Strong regulatory engagement experience with regulators.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain the non-financial risk management framework for Global Delivery and Investment Services.
• Advise and consult with leaders on risk events and remediation strategies.
• Provide independent oversight of First-Line risk management activities.
• Lead risk identification, assessment and reporting processes.
• Chair or participate in risk and compliance committees; report to senior management and Board.
• Oversee regulatory change management and updates to controls.
