Job summary

Allen & Heath Limited is recruiting a Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing function from our Cornwall HQ. You will drive brand growth, commercial performance, channel engagement and demand across international distributor and dealer networks.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape the global strategy and lead a multidisciplinary team including digital marketing, content, communications, events, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a global marketing function.
• Strong track record in digital marketing, content and campaigns.
• Ability to drive demand and lead generation across channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to drive channel and product launches.
• Manage budgets, measure ROI and optimize partner engagement.
