About the Role:

We seek a collaborative and forward-thinking Global Head of Marketing to lead our global team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will shape and execute marketing strategies across digital channels, content, demand generation, branding, communications, and customer engagement. This role is vital for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited by the evolving landscape of B2B marketing, including AI and digital personalisation.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver customer-centric messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  2. Lead demand generation strategies to grow pipeline and revenue.
  3. Shape brand and content strategy aligned with business goals.
  4. Inspire and support a diverse, high-performing marketing team.
  5. Build strong marketing operations for efficient, personalised, omnichannel engagement.
  6. Use data and insights to measure and optimise marketing performance.
  7. Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive shared success.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience leading B2B marketing teams with measurable outcomes.
  2. Strong background in software, data, or technology sectors (B2C experience welcomed).
