  • Work with other treasury functions and partners across Finance, Operations, Technology, Data, and Risk.
  • Coordinate workstream managers to achieve programme objectives.
Minimum requirements:
  • Experience working within a large bank.
  • Deep understanding of Treasury or Markets Treasury, with the ability to translate complex concepts into programme artefacts.
  • Knowledge of systems and data architecture in Treasury, Risk, or Finance.
  • Proven project experience in transformation and change, especially in finance or risk systems.
  • Experience managing large, complex programmes or portfolios.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across geographies.
