• Proven leadership across estimating, commercial pre-sales, bid management or technical solutions.

• Experience building and developing teams across multiple regions.
• Strong financial judgement across pricing, cost modelling and risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, ICT or data centre infrastructure.
• Strategic and commercially minded, with a collaborative leadership style.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.

I’m currently recruiting for a Global Head of Design & Estimation to lead a critical global function within a rapidly growing technology infrastructure business.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can combine commercial strategy, technical credibility and people leadership to help win major international opportunities and support ambitious global growth plans.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Procurement, shaping estimating strategy, improving commercial performance and building a high-performing global Design & Estimation function.
