THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY:

This role is to lead the development and execution of the company’s enterprise-wide data & AI strategy. It will also oversee enterprise data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accelerate data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
2. Develop and steward the company’s strategic approach to AI and generative AI across all functions.
3. Act as a thought leader and advocate for data and AI, building internal and external relationships.

Success Metrics:

1. Deliver core Data as a Product use cases that generate revenue growth or optimization.
2. Ensure scalability, performance, and integration of data systems for analytics and BI.
3. Collaborate with business leaders to understand data needs.
4. Prioritize and accelerate AI initiatives that prove value and impact business.

Qualifications:

1. Proven success in developing and implementing enterprise data strategies in leadership roles.
2. Extensive experience in communicating data & AI strategies to C-Suite executives.
3. Deep knowledge of AI and generative AI technologies and their business applications.
4. Track record of leading change and fostering innovation culture.
5. Ability to lead large, dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
